We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Singapore studio

Formerly known as Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl now Henning Larsen, we are now looking for an Associate Director to join our global design community. As our new Associate Director you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Lead the landscape architectural studio and the project teams of architects / landscape architects / designers
- Develop direction for the firm’s marketing and business development processes
- Cultivate client relationships and develop key accounts
- Oversee and give direction for the management of the quality of landscape architectural work
- Develop the people in the company
- Oversee and give direction for the management of resources and financial control over project design budgets
- Provide direction for the firm’s strategic planning (local and global)
- Provide direction for the firm’s productivity and innovation road map
- Set design direction for key projects
- Produce concepts and schematic designs in accordance to clients’ requirements and aspirations for key projects
- Oversee the development of detailed design and production of detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposes
- Oversee the construction and implementation of projects

**What are we looking for?**

As our new Associate Director, you will be part of our Singapore team of more than 50 professionals, working on projects both locally and internationally focusing on sustainability. We are a dynamic and diverse team that have garnered international recognition on well-loved landscape projects such as Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Jurong Lake Gardens West and Kampung Admiralty.

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

- Degree in Architecture/ Landscape Architecture/ Urban and/or Environment Design or Planning
- Minimum 12 years of architectural/landscape architectural/urban design or planning practice
- Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills
- Ability to manage several landscape architectural teams of up to six professional team members each
- Outstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativeness
- A flair for design and good knowledge of global projects
