Air Liquide is looking for Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the team.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Responsible for maintenance, service & spare parts contracts (establishment and renewal), lead discussion & negotiation with vendors, establish inventory
- Custodianship of all Reliability Studies/Analysis as RCM, ERS, ECA, LCC, FMECA and BAM. Ensure the outcome of all studies are well integrated in overall Reliability Strategy.
- Review and update maintenance SOP
- Ownership of the predictive maintenance program
- Ensure all Engineering, Maintenance document/drawings upkeep and traceable.
- Manage the availability and reliability of process equipment and systems to minimise downtime and maintenance cost.
- Maintain zero accidents by complying to all Safety rules & regulations
- Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety Culture in the team.
- Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment
- Technical focal point/representative for new projects to ensure designed for reliability.
- Development and implementation of mechanical plant modifications, either directly or via contractors.
- Be Internal auditor for the section and liaise with External Auditors (AL QA/QC or Customer Auditors)
- Develop the training plan for operations & maintenance specialists, engineers & technicians

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in Gas/Chemical industry preferably.
- Experience in Centrifugal Compressors &/ Reciprocating Compressor &/ Screw compressors &/ Refrigerant Unit &/ Cooling towers & Water pumps &/ Valves & pipings preferably.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulousness.
- Strong leadership and teamwork.
- Experience in Maximo will be an advantage.
