Singapore IXM PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify profitable Aluminium trading and investment opportunities in Asia.
- Direct Sales and Purchases of Aluminium Primary Metal and products in Japan, SEA or Middle East countries.
- Actively contribute to the global Aluminium commercial trading strategies.
- Provide accurate regional Aluminium market intelligence and communicate effectively with Head Office in a timely manner.
- Support China team to help grow more profitable domestic business.
- Maintain deep, high level, long-term relationships with key Aluminium Customers and producers in Asia.
- Work closely with Aluminium Research team to help maintain reliable and tradeable global balance sheets and Supply Demand assumptions.

**Experience / Educational Qualifications and Other Skills**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial role within the metals/mining industry. Experience in Japanese and SEA countries will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Extensive knowledge of Aluminium products and market. High level existing relationships with regional key players within the Aluminium supply chain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical and IT literacy including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to be flexible, work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, relationship building, Strong team player
