1. Responsible for the overall work of the department, undertaking the department's KPI targets, and fulfilling the company's development requirements for the department;
2. Responsible for formulating the market development and operation plan for the ASEAN region, and for market information collection and analysis;
3. Responsible for preparing the market operation budget for the ASEAN region, breaking down budget targets, and conducting business analysis;
4. Responsible for forming a team to complete business acceptance for the regional company and support common business acceptance tasks within the region;
5. Responsible for developing and implementing related systems and processes for the ASEAN market, including price management, business coordination, business auditing, business settlement, and channel management;
6. Coordinate and resolve internal and external sales conflicts;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above

Work Experience
- At least 4 years of industry experience, with more than 2 years of experience as a team leader

Competencies
- Familiar with company business and products, market management-related systems and regulations, as well as core business processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills, proficient in both Chinese and EnglishRecognizes and aligns with company culture, and demonstrates a proactive and responsible work ethic
