**What the role is**
- As Assistant Shift Engineer at the PUB Joint Operations Centre, you will be part of the team that coordinates prompt and adequate responses to customers’ feedback on water supply matters.

**What you will be working on**
- Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Communicate with customers to understand their water supply issues
- Update the feedback provided by customers into the relevant IT systems.
- Track and ensure all feedback are attended to and sufficiently resolved.
- Assess customer feedback and assign them to relevant PUB departments or other agencies for follow-ups.
- Identify operational abnormalities in the customer water supply network based on the analysis of customer feedback and other operational IT systems.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely response to customer water supply issues.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering
- Able to perform shift work
- Able to work and think independently and multi-task
- Possess good communication skills and a good team-player
