**The Role**:
In AMS, we have an assignment-based culture where you will be provided with endless opportunities to support different clients and be able to gain knowledge and exposure to different processes and best practices.
As we continue to grow our footprints, we are now looking for a Recruiter in Singapore to work with our client, who is one of the **world’s largest, footwear, apparel and accessories companies**.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree recruitment plans with hiring managers and document outcomes of the intake meeting. Agree with hiring manager on role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay range, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
- Build proactive strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Uses knowledge of competitors, local recruitment practices and market trends to provide insights to clients for commercial advantage
- Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage talent pipelines for roles with a complex hiring process, intricate reward structure or senior hiring managers
- Experience of directly engaging with stakeholders
