**Job Title**: Client Communications Associate

**Location**: Central, Singapore

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Contract

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential leads using various methods, including social media, online research, and industry networking.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoff and communication between teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the company’s system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets and improving lead conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimise future marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in sales development or a similar role is a plus. No experience is welcomed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
