**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning**: Develop realistic project schedules, factoring in technical complexity and constraints such as long lead-time.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure proposal meets safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Supplier/Contractor Coordination: Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive proposals for materials,equipment and services. May require overseas travel for factory acceptance tests or business meetings (China, Japan, Korea,etc.).
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential execution risks, hidden costs and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- **Strategic Input**: Assist in developing construction sequences and bid strategies under the guidance of seniors or the HOD.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Assist to liaise with internal teams such as operations, finance and senior management
- **Technical Evaluation**: Develop feasible and cost-effective technical solutions based on single line diagrams and scope ofwork, ensuring alignment with project timelines and contract specifications.
- **Documentation**: Prepare technical documents for tender submissions, including BOQs, quotations, drawings, specifications,and clarifications.
- **Cost Optimization**: Support in identifying cost-saving opportunities and conducting risk assessments within tenders.
- **Follow-through skills**: Participate in post-tender presentations, interviews, and client clarifications, and assist with acomplete and quality handover to the project team

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Qualifications in Engineering. Electrical background is a plus but all backgrounds are welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written, is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners who communicate only in Chinese.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
