**What you will do**:

- Machine/Jig/Tool - Operate, perform daily setup, startup, shut down, troubleshooting, update checklist as per the schedule. Carry out periodic maintenance, in-house calibration, verification, qualification & validation
- Inventory Control - monitor, track and prepare inventory control of spare part, indirect material, equipment, jig & etc
- Reporting - Downtime report, inventory report, equipment transfer report
- New Product/Process/Equipment Implementation - Assist & support installation, setup, validation, qualification, Trial Run (IPL) Product/Process - process validation, optimize process efficiency, failure analysis, updating WI, non-conformance part disposal
- Smart Lean Program - Drive & lead the team & participate in continuous improvement project, identify improvement opportunity
- Training Support - Provide training, update training record, maintain OWPE Training matrix
- EHS - Reporting risk/near miss & improve activities, waste & Chemical management, Fire Warden, comply to EHS requirement, maintain 5S

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- 2 - 3 years experience in production & manufacturing engineering
- Personal competencies_
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Computer hardware knowledge, USB, PCI, GPIB basic hardware installation and troubleshooting knowledge
- Electronics component and PCB soldering skill
- Fish Bone Diagram Problem solving knowledge
