This is a 3 year program to coach new consultants towards the path of management in the independent financial advisory business. This career can be evergreen and future proof if you are in environment with leaders who are always thinking to grow your business at every step of your career. Most of our managers and consultants revenue continued to grow from 30% to 200% in 2020 despite the pandemic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advocate the best paths to achieve long-term Financial Stability and Success via Insurance and Financial instruments
- Management of your very own team of consultants
- Research the Full Spectrum of Financial Products available, identify their Unique Selling Points (USPs) and recommend the right ones to Clients
- Understand Wealth Planning and advise on Investment Portfolio Management
- Perform Prospecting, Marketing and Sales activities
- Receive Mentorship from Manager to develop hands-on experience in Client Management
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma of any discipline
- Strong desire to venture into team management in the financial advisory business
- Strong desire to develop a career in Financial Planning / Wealth Management
- Having prior or existing relevant experience is not mandatory. Comprehensive Training Programme and Coaching will be provided
- Strong Entrepreneurial mindset

We implement non face to face consultancy since April 2020 and all our advisers are benefiting from the quick reaction from the management thus increasing revenue by mínimally 30% despite covid.
