Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of fresh products and quality assurance at each stage of production for NPI and FAI.
- Ensure that the documentation requirements and new product introduction (FA) requirements are met.
- To be prepared to hand over production, prepare and complete all FA documentation, including the QC/QA report.
- Before giving QC inspectors production FA projects, train them.
- Design of instruments, procedures, and tests Qualification requires validation. knowing that process validation plays a role in quality.
- First article inspection is carried out, and the first article inspection report is updated with measured data (FAIR).

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of GD&T, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CPK, GR&R, and the 8D Report.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Capability for systematic documentation.
- Strong team player with initiative and the ability to work independently
- Working Location: Serangoon
- Working Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
