Your Responsibilities (岗位职责):
1. Promote Our Programs (推广课程):
Introduce and market BizChamp’s academic programs to students locally and internationally.
推广BizChamp的学术课程，面向本地及国际学生。
2. Guide Prospective Students (引导潜在学生):
为学生提供清晰且准确的课程信息、申请流程及支持服务。
3. Build Connections (建立联系):
Foster relationships with students, parents, and recruitment partners to build a strong network.
与学生、家长及合作伙伴建立并维护良好的关系网络。
4. Achieve Enrollment Goals (达成招生目标):
Meet recruitment targets by effectively matching students with appropriate programs.
通过精准匹配学生需求与课程，完成招生目标。
5. Support Application Processes (支持申请流程):
协助学生完成申请流程，包括必要时的签证安排。
What We’re Looking For (我们希望您具备):
- Language Proficiency (语言能力):
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
精通英语和普通话；会其他语言者优先。
- Experience (经验):
Prior experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
有学生招募、销售或市场推广经验者优先，但非必要。
- Industry Knowledge (行业知识):
Familiarity with Singapore’s education system and visa processes is advantageous.
熟悉新加坡教育体系及签证流程者优先。
- Soft Skills (软技能):
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Work Ethic (工作态度):
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
