**Responsibilities**:
1. Receiving and Deliveries:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Unload, organize, and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and packaging.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

2. Tool Crib Management:

- Oversee the tool crib, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor tool usage and reorder supplies as needed.
- Issue tools to CNC operators according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand tool requirements.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Update inventory systems regularly to reflect stock levels and movement.
- Generate reports on inventory status, tool usage, and procurement needs.
- Document any discrepancies and report them to the appropriate personnel.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, receiving, and tool crib management.
- Familiarity with CNC workshop tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Know how to drive forklift is a plus
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per month
