**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Drafter** who is detail-oriented and passionate about producing accurate, high-quality drawings. You will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to prepare and coordinate drawings from design through construction to as-built stage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and update **drawings and design documents** for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using **BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit**.
- Assist **Project Engineers** and **Project Managers** in drawing preparation and coordination.
- Stay current with **drafting and BIM technologies** to maintain technical competency.
- Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain proper soft copy archives of all drawings.
- Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes.
- Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Experience managing **multiple projects** simultaneously.
- Strong **communication skills** in English and/or Chinese.
- Excellent **organization and time management** abilities.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD and Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office**.
- Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
