**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Full spectrum of Accounts Payable responsibilities;
- Data entry and processing of staff expenses claims and supplier invoices
- Daily suppliers’ invoices and payments entry posting into MYOB accounting system;
- Review and process staff claims and ensure the completeness of supporting documents; check on the legitimacy of claims and update record of expense claims against staff annual benefits entitlement;
- Process payments by cheques / internet banking / trust receipt and record in MYOB accounting system;
- Involved in resolving discrepancies in supplier invoices;
- Providing support in financial year-end audit and tax matters;
- Maintain proper filing for all accounts payable related documents;
- Be willing to switch roles with handle Accounts Receivables when needed
- Assist on administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required;
- Assist management in moving to fully digitalised environment so as to enable work from home.
**Position Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in similar accounts function
- Familiar with use of MYOB or equivalent accounting package
- Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely disbursement
- Independent, mature, organized and motivated.
- Proactive, meticulous, resourceful with an eye for details and accuracy
- Good team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills

We are a small company and operate in a family-like environment where the majority of the staff have been with the company for over 10 years. Very importantly, you will find that there is no politicking in the company In terms of flexibility of working from home, we are quite open but the person has to take responsibility for ensuring hard copy documents which need to be printed and signed by management, must be attended to in a timely manner.
