Responsible for supporting the Group Treasury Function, including Treasury Operations of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative and FairPrice Group
- Accountable for Treasury initiatives and projects
- Accountable for Treasury operations
- Accountable for development and compliance of Treasury policies, procedures and guidelines

**Responsibilities**

**Tre **asury Initiatives and Projects**
- Support the rollout of Inhouse Bank Project for the Group.
- Support bank account rationalisation and streamline bank requirements by working closely with the Shared Services Centre.
- Identify areas for paperless initiatives and liaise with the banks for implementation.
- Responsible for tracking the progress of Treasury projects, follow up closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Support any new Treasury initiatives and projects as assigned.

**Treasury Operations**
- Support loan management, fixed deposit placements, foreign exchange deals etc for the Group
- Support bank documentation, bank mandates, Know-Your-Client -related matters etc with banks
- Support the maintenance of Treasury databases
- Support the management of electronic banking access, and host-to-host connectivity with the banks
- Perform cashflow forecasting
- Support any other treasury operations matters as and when required

**Treasury Policies, Procedures and Guidelines**
- Develop new treasury policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and review the Group treasury policies and guidelines to ensure relevance periodically.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Treasury or in related Finance management capacity
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, good business acumen to maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to see and identify issues and be resourceful in finding solutions
- Accountable, willing to take ownership of tasks and follow up on deliverables
- Good project management skill
- Good team player and independent
- Experience with Treasury Management systems will be an advantage
