**Job Description** Team Summary**

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The Product Development and Commercialisation is a horizontal service group, within Regional Product and Solutions team that has end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering new capabilities aligned with the AP Product Roadmap.

The Product Development and Commercialisation team works with many stakeholder groups and markets, across the AP region and globally. We partner across market, hub and global with account management, product, processing, design, delivery and architecture teams.

**What a Senior Manager, Product Development does at Visa**:
As a Senior Manager, Product Development within the Product Development and Commercialisation team, you will be a leader who understands the strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications of product development and product launch. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups across AP markets and regional hub to be the evangelist for regional product development, managing the process to deliver fit-for-purpose products and drive value for our clients. You will:

- Manage the end-to-end Product Development process - this includes governance, continuous process improvement, reporting and training.
- Manage capacity across the product, technology and vendor teams involved in product development.
- Build and manage the pipeline of new concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and management to prioritise projects against agreed frameworks.
- Plan, execute and lead exciting initiatives to build awareness of regional product development and demonstrate its value with client-facing teams.
- Manage planning and budgets.

**Qualifications** What you will need**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a combination of product management and technical product delivery
- A creative and positive attitude, a passion for technology, and drive to deliver product excellence.
- Strong planning, organising, stakeholder management, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to motivate stakeholders across different functions, levels, markets and cultures. Experience in driving change and transformation.
- Experience and interest to engage at a techno-functional level with technology teams and vendors.
- Have a good understanding of trends and themes in payments and commerce, with a passion for technology innovation.
- Quantitative aptitude with attention to detail and process orientation needed to manage product development processes.
- Be able to translate technical solutions and user experience into scalable business outcomes including potential for value added service revenues.
- Disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels and organizations internal and external to Visa.
- Knowledge and experience working in an agile environment.
- Ability to lead a small team and manage a program from end to end, and experience in managing high performing individuals with different skillsets.
