Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting SingHealth’s efforts in Academic Medicine by managing the daily operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department. This includes performing the preservation and storage of cadavers, planning of the disposal or cremation of used specimens and managing the Body Donation Programme. You will assist in planning, managing and providing both logístical and technical support for clinical skills workshops and stakeholders/clients. You will also play a crucial role in client relationship management by being involved in implementing new initiatives with industry and academic partners.

Job requirements:

- Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Anatomy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Willing to work on human cadavers or body parts that could be preserved with formalin or otherwise
- Familiarity with embalming techniques and handling of lab equipment such as laparoscopic cameras, C-arms, autoclaves and fume hoods is preferred
- Good team player and able to multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work on weekends if the need arises
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
