- Create Details Specifications for code development

- Provide accurate time estimates for development tasks, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with your peers through code reviews, ensuring quality standards and best practices are maintained.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers, helping to build a strong, cohesive team.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- **5+ years of experience **in COBOL development, with a strong understanding of legacy systems and modernization techniques.
- Well verse in using Batch COBOL, CICS COBOL and Microfocus COBOL
- Well verse in using in DB2 data structure and SQL
- Well verse in UNIX and Script developments
- Knowledge in Eclipse, Dbeaver and Gitlab is a plus
- Knowledge in MQ and gateway to front end systems is a plus
- Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented
- Must have good Verbal and written communication skills
- Finance/ Banking experience is an advantage
