**We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive/ Representative to join our team Whether you prefer in-store or event-based work, we want someone who is passionate about health and wellness to help drive sales and deliver exceptional service.**

SALARY RANGE: S$2500 - S$6000

**Retail Sales Representative Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and event display.
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
- Actively participate in atrium sales events, engaging with potential customers and promoting products.
- Set up and manage event booths, ensuring an attractive and interactive presentation.
- Demonstrate and showcase products to increase interest and sales.
- Collect customer contact information for follow-ups and future promotions.

**Sales Executive Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail partners, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to distributor/ partner
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
