**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all pipe and fibre infra planning and implementation works including Common Service Ducts (CSD), Common duct networks (CDN) projects, commercial & residential development and backbone Fibre Network.
- To manage contractors to execute telco underground infrastructure works in the area under his/her care in accordance with all established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
- To manage operation and maintenance of existing telco infrastructures.
- To draft, review or manage contracts and agreements with other agencies, entities or contractors.
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building and related engineering disciplines
- 3 years of working experience.
- Good knowledge of planning and design of telecommunication or underground infrastructure.
- Hands on experience in building telecommunication infrastructure.
- Able to collaborate effectively with government agencies and other utility operators.
- Able to manage contractors effectively and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Know how to optimise underground space planning for telco infrastructures.
