Singapore NCS National Council of Social Service Full time

The People & Culture team attracts, develops, engages, and retains human capital to effectively support NCSS’s Vision and Mission.

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented team players, who have the resilience to drive developmental projects to achieve desired outcomes.

You will be part of the Strategic Workforce Planning and Projects (SWPP) team and involved in reviewing strategies to support forward-looking people management initiatives in NCSS.

You will work with the Senior Assistant Director, Strategic Workforce Planning and Projects in the following areas:
1. Develop and manage HR analytics on an entire spectrum of HR functions including attraction, sourcing, performance management, talent management and strategic workforce planning. This includes analysis of workforce data and formulate people management policies and initiatives driven by data.

2. Work with HRBPs to support the business units with quality workforce.

3. Lead and manage strategic HR projects to prepare NCSS to be future-ready.
