**Job Description**:

- Managing and regular maintenance of the company's servers and network infrastructure (e.g. patching) as part of a team.
- Installation of servers, OS and cloud platform for new customers' projects and expansion (both cloud and on-premise).
- Providing technical support to customers via support ticketing system.

Required skill-sets:

- Linux system administration skills: mainly Ubuntu and CentOS.
- Windows system administration skills: Windows Server (mainly 2019, 2016 and 2012 R2)

Good-to-have skill-sets:

- Basic networking and TCP/IP skills, including experience in Cisco routers and switches will be an advantage
- Knowledge on cloud virtualization / hypervisor technologies: VMWare, KVM, etc will be an advantage (not mandatory)

Other requirements:

- 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
- On 24×7 phone standby and be ready to be deployed after office hours
- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and be able to work independently
- Must be physically in Singapore, this is not a remote position; must hold existing documentation to work in Singapore, as none will be applied for this position.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Outside of supervised training, meetings and on-premise work, a good portion of the work is remote. All measures for social and workplace distancing, compulsory mask wearing, workplace check-in, contact tracing, and staggered work are met.
