**Job description**

What we’re looking for: As part of the sales team, you’ll work directly with clients, sales leaders, and other cross functional product and technology teams in a dynamic, open environment. You will use your experience in business and sales and your strong blend of business and client management skills to inform clients about our product, assist with our sales cycles, and articulate potential opportunities to deliver client requirements against Traydstream capabilities. Your proactive mindset and ability to support the sales team will help in data collection, data analysis, report design / distribution, sales collateral design, RFP management and demo facilitation. You will use your strong trade finance and document checking expertise to understand clients' requirements. Your strong project management capabilities will also help you work with key stakeholders across the business and help maneuver through multiple client queries as we expand our client network globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, collect, and analyze client data
- Design and distribute reports for internal and external purposes
- Drive business results and convert client prospect opportunities to pilots and from pilots to mandates
- Support the sales team on client pitches for business and product support
- Demo our product and articulate clients' requests for roadmap development
- Work with clients solely to manage their queries and questions
- Prepare new client collateral to address new releases
- Prepare and manage all client sale collateral, filling gaps from a product perspective.
- Manage all RFPs with a focus on product

**Required Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience within a business role as a trade finance specialist
- Proven track record of client management
- Experience of data analytics and data management
- Client servicing experience
- Superior interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to produce professional client collateral
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Abilities
- Understanding of trade finance and artificial intelligence / machine learning
- Understanding of Cloud solutions
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly shifting business landscape
