**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with regional Head of Sales to identify and prioritize country specific campaigns aligned to sales strategies to raise awareness and generate leads (new logo and cross sell). Produce regional marketing plan to include digital and events strategy
- Manage regional marketing budget
- Work with collaboratively with members of the Marketing team including product marketing, digital, campaigns, creative, events
- Report on campaign effectiveness including value of opportunity pipeline generated

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree (Bachelors) required, post graduate qualification in Business/Marketing advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in successful B2B multi-channel marketing, and in designing and running integrated pan-regional and country-specific go-to-market programs with proven results
- Fluency in both Englsh and Mandarin
- Deep knowledge of traditional and digital marketing planning combined with an ability to deliver a broad range of marketing tactics essential
- Knowledge of market/customer/business intelligence necessary, with evidence of how to use this as a key input to regional and country marketing planning essential
- Experience of planning for a global brand and business that needs to tune to local market cultures
- Strong English language skills a must, ability to communicatee in multiple languages advantageous
- Excellent communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with others and be a strong individual contributor
- Extremely organized; able to deliver under tight deadlines and on various deliverables at once
