**What you will be working on**
- Work with project teams (e.g. chat bot team, website team) and Product Owners on their requirements and advocate on excellent user experience by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces for our digital services.
- Work within the agile methodology to communicate updates and deliver outcomes to stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate on new design techniques, digital service trends or technology tools which can be adopted with ACRA.
- Cross-sharing of knowledge to deepen digital capabilities across departments.

**What we are looking for**
- Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering equivalent.
- Experience in web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS and Javascript), digital technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, automation) and software development.
- Experience in design thinking and use of prototyping tools such as UXPin, Figma, AdobeXD or similar
- Proficient in machine learning, data analytic practices (e.g. Python, SAS, R) and visual analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Good planning and organizing skills with experience in project management preferred.
- Self-driven, creative person with effective communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills to conceptualise solutions.
- Able to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
