**Job Description**:

- Involvement in planning and execution of the annual esports roadmap, responsible for improving MOBA mobile esports ecosystem in the global market with excellent project management skills;
- Lead a team to upgrade the global MOBA mobile esports ecosystem, including but not limited to professional esports team management, player management, third-party tournament management, and improving professional team regulation and income with a continued assessment;
- Follow up with esports tournament organization and execution, improve production level and viewership, and ensure event quality and outcome delivery;
- Responsible for esports operation team day-to-day management, optimizing project management system, providing training to team members to facilitate the operation standard;
- Work with our partners to build up the esports ecosystem across all regions and identify new business opportunities, especially in the developing market;

Requirement
- 5+ years of market-related work experience. Experience in games, esports, traditional sports, or business-related role is required; Understand the mainstream MOBA esports event operation, from grassroots to professional tournaments, with project management experience;
- Familiar with the operation of sports franchise business models, including but not limited to traditional sports and esports franchise league systems;
- Excellent project management skills, from planning to execution and financial control;
- Uphold entrepreneurial spirit in creating new business ideas and exploring potential business models to suit the company's development needs;
- Articulate and follow up with parters' business needs and strategies by providing insights and data analysis to internal and external stakeholders;
- Proven experience in project management of large-scale esports events will be a plus;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to translate documents and with good communication, project management, and team management skills.
