**Your Role - Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented**

**Financial planning, reporting and business administration**:

- Support the Performance and Controlling team with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis tasks for both Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
- Provide financial analysis and support performance reviews as per stakeholder requirements for both regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cashflow) for budget and forecast submission - including updates in relevant reporting tools.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and standard reporting, maintain and update controlling cockpits and templates using data sources including SAP and other internal tools.
- Regularly monitor and analyze cost movements by pulling relevant reports from SAP.
- Work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure the books and records are properly maintained in accordance with accounting practices and Siemens Mobility guidelines.
- Assist on ad-hoc reporting requirements from HQ, regional management, and other stakeholders.

**Digitalization and Data analytics**
- Engage in digitalization initiatives of the finance function in Singapore and Asia Pacific for advanced data analytics and data visualization.
- Support in the streamlining and harmonization of business administration processes and reporting landscape.
- Understand the challenges, deliberate for possible solutions with the team and drive the initiatives.

**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline; Master’s Degree preferred.
- CMA / CIMA or other financial certifications will be an advantage.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Finance and Controlling or related fields, with a strong focus on analytical skills.
- Knowledge of finance / financial accounting as well as management accounting
- Deep understanding of a matrix organization paired with the ability to support stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management.
- Tech savvy with a passion for data analytics. Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense, Python, R will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a must.
- Bring the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Work independently, be self-organized but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
