Analyse and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Manage variations to contracts, assessing impacts and ensuring proper documentation.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms.
- Oversee the tendering process, including preparation, evaluation, and recommendations for bids
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with financial goals.
- Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and other team members, fostering professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and correspondence related to the project.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying, open to fresh graduate.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, involves in sourcing and purchasing, billing etc.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
