What to Expect

Undergo advanced learning through rotations across core business functions.

Strong support system and guidance throughout the career from a Programme Manager and a Senior Manager to ensure successful completion of the programme.

Management Track involves rotations in the following aspects - Consulting and Business Planning, Client Acquisition, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.

Assist in ad-hoc duties when assigned regular employee engagements from Division Head to Rank-and-File Employees.

**Requirements**:
Local Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder, fresh graduates preferred.

Possesses a positive and pro-active mindset, with a strong business acumen.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and work independently under mínimal supervision.

Flair for networking and sales.
