**The scope of work of the SE/CFD shall include but not limited to the following**:

- Set up, test and provide technical support for all in house venues scheduled for virtual events, including events requiring both physical and virtual participants.
- Set up, test and provide technical support for all virtual events, including events attended by both physical and virtual guests and participants.
- Set up and provide technical support for all matters relating to venue operations requiring video conferencing solutions.
- Make sure all VC infrastructure’s related hardware and software are operational at all times.
- Coordinate with and provide advice to all staff for all matters requiring video conferencing.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure event venues are available according to schedule.
- Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system, e.g., routine checks and preventive maintenance works.

**Description**
- Manpower To Support Virtual events and Corporate Events to ensure no disruptions to other event locations.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to VC and AV equipment e.g., microphones, projectors and sound mixing equipment, including necessary replacement, to enhance sounds and visuals.
- Extract video recording from cloud or computer. It will require labelling, editing, copying and storing media in DVDs or servers.
- Retrieve recordings for the purpose of transcription.
- Track inventory of VC and AV equipment and order supplies.

The SE/CFD shall have the following attributes:

- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Have a service-oriented mind-set.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, and adaptable to change.
- Able to provide good customer service when providing technical services.

The SE/CFD must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (AV/Electrical/Electronics/IT), of which at least 1 year of experience should be in providing AV/ IT service to users.
