We have recently engaged with a new project within one of our long-term clients, and we are hiring for a project manager with asset management or buy side experience.

**High level responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining project plan, project budget and project communication tools
- Responsible for leading data related activities for derivative ecosystem, inclusive of conversion, integrations, and data lake driven reporting
- Perform analysis of business process, procedures, data and rules to help identify programs/projects
- Accountable for meeting all business requirements from development through implementation
- Accountable for identifying and resolving possible risks and developing/monitoring risk plans
- Partner with outside experts and internal stakeholders to manage requirement planning
- Maintain a matrix reporting relationship with the business sponsor of the program/project and the program manager
- Identify and drive key stakeholder involvement and work with them to elicit scope
- Identify, document, assign, track and facilitate project issues through to resolution
- Confirm achievement of objectives, verify and document project results to formalize acceptance of the product at each phase gate of the project by the
- Facilitate lessons learned and retain information in a central location for future use
- Collaborate with business and systems experts
- Lead analysis of data architecture, procedures, data and rules
- Negotiate and influence requirements direction

**Professional experience**:

- At least 7+ years of professional experience working at an asset manager, insurance industry working on large complex programs surrounding investment data, Enterprise data lake and downstream/upstream reporting
- Previous big four management consulting experience is a plus but not required
- Experience leading and managing large, complex agile transformations, with expertise around specific issues that arise with agile in functions

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Skilled in supporting the solutioning for enterprise data lake capabilities, vendor reporting and upstream/downstream enterprise data strategy.
- Experienced in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner with investment personnel to elicit and advance requirements
- Experience working with Investment-focused projects
- Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that have medium to long-term focus
- Demonstrated ability to understand how tasks and milestones collaborate and connect together across related projects.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods to all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
