**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee site management in ensuring compliance to HSE and security standards, and local laws and regulations.
- Monitor daily practices and behaviours, and records any deviations.
- Follow up closely on required HSE and security actions with relevant departments.
- To do HSE training as per required for all employees and contractors
- Collaborate with relevant departments/contractors to ensure related programs are correctly implemented and communicated.
- To organize, review, and update risk assessments and plans.
- Keep proper documentations of procedures, records and regulatory documents
- Assist in customer & regulatory audits.
