**Junior Office Administrator, Processes Team**

**Salary Range: $2500-$3000**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage mail correspondence: receive, sort, distribute and pack mail
- Tracking data and information into CRM
- Drafting/Filling Forms and Contracts
- Taking Minutes-of-Meeting in meeting
- Client Facing - Meeting clients, Answer phones and take messages
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, and scanning, filing etc.
- Arranging couriers
- Attend to KYC Matters, Filing of Notarization/affidavit
- Recording and Refining Processes into Knowledge Article
- Creating, Investigating, and closing Cases within CRM
- Act as a central liaison with Relationship Managers and Clients
- Ad hoc job duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma in Business Studies/Para-legal/Management or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant work experience, in an admin, para-legal and or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in English - ability to communicate in verbal and written form very well is a must
- Attention to detail, ability to handle stress, problem solving ability, independent and highly organize
- Analytical, Deadline Sensitive, and good on follow-up
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian language is desirable but not required
- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office, CRM
- Basic math and Business Writing skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A passion to learn and be involved
- Team Player qualities
- Commence (immediate vacancy)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
