Purpose

The person assigned to this position is responsible for ensuring that all products conform to customer, company and industry standards. Ensure that all enclosures are properly wired and operate as designed.

**Essential Job Functions**

Upon receipt of a completed enclosure
- Verify all parts are correct according to the Bill of Material.
- Conduct review for each circuit of the schematic to ensure that all wiring is done correctly, verifying separation between voltages, communication, main power, and accessory outlets, if any.
- Conduct point-to-point continuity test to verify that all wiring is correct.
- Verify correct wire gauge and color
- Inspect all Brady labels sit-track tags and Lamacoid tags for correct placement, information and cleanliness.
- Initial all areas of “work done by” column for each phase of checkout.
- Verify paint color and that the paint job has no damage.
- List all discrepancies on a corrective action sheet and inform the appropriate area leader that corrections are needed.
- After repairs are complete recheck the problems. Verify that the corrections are complete, and initial “checked by” box(s) on corrective action sheet.
- Sign off in the “QC checked by” box for the quality inspector on the QA sheet.

Release the enclosure for dock audit to prepare for shipment to the customer.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office

**Essential Physical Abilities**
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

**Education/Experience**

Required:

- Prior Controls Design experience preferred
- High School Diploma

Preferred:

- (Preferred Education/Experience)

Working Environment
- Ability to Travel 0-10% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Frequently communicates with employees and customers

Pay: $1,573.01 - $2,500.00 per month
