_**Responsibilities**:_
- _Under the supervision of the Lead Planner, prepares and maintains Master Project Schedule with the required amount of details using established tools and methodologies. Understand the technical scope of work and sequencing and duration of major activities._
- _Provides reports, “look aheads”, critical path reporting, “what-if” scenarios, and other relevant tools that will assist in planning and schedule analysis._
- _Develop, maintain and update S-Curves and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various disciplines in MS Excel format for progress monitoring and reporting purposes._
- _Write up narrative description for relevant reports, including weekly & monthly report to client and consolidates inputs from various disciplines for project management team’s review._
- _Review and evaluate submitted Level 4 schedule of all contractors including their progress measurement system._
- _Tracks and monitors the progress of the project including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and installation. Implements and monitors the schedules of each project stage and the entire project until completion and close-out._
- _Identifies and leverages on opportunities to optimize resource utilization to most efficiently execute/organize the project activities._
- _Ensures timings of deliverables of contractor are adequately and clearly defined and diligently tracked to prevent or minimize delay._
- **Requirements**:_
- _8 years of planning experience in oil and gas industry (or)_
- _12 years of planning experience in other industries with sound knowledge of Oil & Gas process and FPSO projects_
- _Knowledge of project management, risk management and change management processes_
- _Previous working experience in a senior role is preferred_

**Job Type**: Contract
