**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Service Crew at Cold Flings. You will be the face of our cafe, serving delicious ice cream and providing excellent service to all our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Serve ice cream, and other cafe menu items following company guidelines and food safety standards.
- Take orders accurately using a POS system and process payments.
- Assist customers in selecting flavors, toppings, and other items, offering suggestions and answering questions.
- Ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained, including counters, tables, and ice cream displays.
- Assist with the preparation of basic cafe items such as waffles.
- Restock supplies, including napkins, cups, toppings, and ice cream.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Prior experience in a cafe or food service setting is an advantage, but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting ice cream tubs and cleaning.
