**Job **Title**: Marketing Internship
**Job **Type**: 4-6 month paid internship
**Start **Date**: Immediately
**Reports **To**: Head of Sales & Marketing
**Role Purpose**: We're looking for super-star undergrads and graduates to join our ambitious and fast-growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer, and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

**Goals/Deliverables**:
Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable designs and
content
Increase website traffic through digital marketing initiatives
Increase numbers of tenant inquiries across key channels through quality listings and property photos
Increase retention of tenants through community engagement and activities

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Head of Marketing on marketing initiatives
- Plan, brainstorm, and execute marketing campaigns with the wider marketing team
- Coordinate, set up, and style professional photoshoots and VR shoots of new properties according to guidelines. Work with external photographers to schedule shoots in a timely manner once properties are ready.
- Create compelling property listings across Cove's website and real estate classifieds (Property Guru, 99.co).
- Report data analytics and tracking on newsletter and classifieds performance
- Provide research and insights on competitors, target customers, marketing channels and best practices.
- Use creative software like Photoshop or Illustrator to design simple marketing collaterals including enhancing images, creating floor plans, drafting EDM designs, and more.
- Lead social media content on Chinese channels and manage customer inquiries.
- Work with a marketing executive and tenant experienced team to organise awesome monthly engagements for tenants such as workshops, social events, community giveaways, etc.
- Proactively share new marketing ideas to reach our target customer.
- Help us to continuously improve marketing initiatives and processes.

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:
**Essential**
- Completed or pursued an undergraduate degree or postgraduate in any field (business-related is a bonus)
- Strong academic track record
- Experience in a sales/marketing role Preferred
- Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop
- Experienced user of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Great command of written Mandarin (may need to translate English social posts to Mandarin)
