The primary focus of a Risk & Compliance Management role in DataPost is to establish and manage a company-wide risk & compliance management environment. This shall be achieved through a multi-disciplinary approach of policies, risk assessments & controls, compliance reviews, and communication. In addition, to be the focal contact point for all Regulatory & Audit interfaces and associated activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a framework of risk assessment and put into practice risk control measures & best practices in the work environment.
- Coordinate regulatory/ audit information requests and deliverables, which may include supervisory visits/ meetings and regulatory/ audit examinations.
- Monitor, track, and report progress on corrective actions, continual improvement actions, and other program-level action plans (regulatory/ audit examinations).
- Conduct regular environmental scans of the organization's risk landscape. To independently carry out assessments to test the effectiveness of controls, determine the impact of control issues, identify corrective action, and track issues to closure.
- Execute documentation control procedures for organizational-level documented information.
- Planning, leading, and executing strategic/ tactical initiatives on controls and risk management.
- Developing and delivering reports and metrics for management.
- Act as a liaison between business functions and regulators/ auditors in responding to regulatory/ audit queries. This may include attending regulatory/ audit meetings and seeking regulatory/ audit clarifications.
- Able to demonstrate strong knowledge in security controls and ensuring information security compliance and awareness to all audience levels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in areas of technology risk management; especially experience from finance or other regulated industries
- Certification in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent preferred
- Experienced in managing Compliance/ Audit/ Risk functions - ideally in an IT environment within financial services
- Experienced in driving process improvements to key Compliance/ Audi/ Technology Risk activities.
- Experienced in handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Able to plan, implement and manage corporate-wide risk assessment exercises
- Effective writing and communication skills
- Experience implementing organizational change

Work location: 4 Ayer Rajah Crescent Singapore 139960 (5 mins walk from One North MRT).

Working schedule: 5 days work week.
