Property and Household Manager

The Property and Household Manager will be ensuring the quality maintenance and smooth operations of various personal properties and assets of the CEO.
**Job Responsibility**
- In charge of the management and maintenance of all personal properties (e.g. houses, boats, cars), related facilities (e.g. swimming pool, garden and greenery, kitchen, rooms) and assets (e.g. art pieces, furnitures)
- Personalize service by anticipating various needs of the CEO
- Follow quality assurance procedures including cleaning, security, repairs, maintenance, painting, air-conditioning, fire-protection, lifts and emergency procedures
- Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works as assigned
- Manage contractors’ performance and certify work completion
- Coordinate with various team of internal staff from cleaners, butler to personal assistant to ensure the upkeep of the properties and to achieve common goals
- Support various ad hoc duties, provisions and errands
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality or in a private household (ideally for C-suite Executives and in a family office)
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to adapt in a fluid environment
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, multi-tasking, problem-solving, able to work under pressure
- Patience, positivity, courteous, and caring
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when requested
- Proficient in English (knowing Chinese and other languages is a plus.)
