Hidden behind the fridge door of an unassuming local cafe, The Dragon Chamber is an immersive, one-of-a-kind hidden restaurant, reminiscent of old-time Chinatown gambling dens and secret society hangouts. We serve guerrilla-style food that brings back age-old unconventional Chinese dishes.
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for welcoming guests and managing reservations, addresses inquiries and complaints, and fosters positive guest experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage guest relations desk to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining guest service standards and initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor guest feedback and address complaints promptly and professionally, including escalated issues.
**Who are we looking for**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the F&B/Hospitality industry with a proven track record of success in managing guest experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to the tiniest details which may affect guest experience.
- Team-oriented, responsible and reliable in completing tasks without supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
