**Job Scope**
- Attend to customers’ inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers’ report
- Monitor closely on assigned customer inbound shipments
- Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
- Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Maintain close communication with authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

**Requirement**
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
- Outgoing personality
- Willing to learn with good attitude
- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
