**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- SPAC Formation: Lead the process of establishing a SPAC team, including structuring the entity, defining the investment strategy, and assembling the necessary team members and advisors.
- Fundraising: Utilize your extensive network and fundraising expertise to secure substantial capital commitments for the SPAC, engaging with institutional investors, high net worth individuals, and other potential contributors.
- Acquisition Strategy: Develop a comprehensive acquisition strategy aligned with the SPAC's investment thesis, target sectors, and financial goals.
- Negotiation and Execution: Lead negotiations with target businesses, structuring and executing transactions from initial discussions through to the completion of the acquisition process.
- Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on the SPAC's progress, investment opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws, regulations, and reporting requirements throughout the SPAC formation and acquisition process.
- Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a smooth and successful execution of SPAC-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven track record in forming SPACs and leading the acquisition process of existing businesses.
- Extensive experience in fundraising, including a strong network of institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
- Deep understanding of private equity investment funds relationships, with a demonstrated ability to leverage such relationships for successful deal execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the capital markets, M&A transactions, and regulatory requirements pertaining to SPACs and acquisitions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence.
- Strategic thinkers with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex transactions.
- Prior experience in senior management roles within the financial industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
