**Senior Sales Associate**

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Assist Store PIC (Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager) to monitor store operation and retail team members.
- Responsible for managing outlet keys and ensuring compliance with outlet business hours.
- Ensure the outlet’s headcount is fulfilled.
- Lead retail team members to drive sales and achieve sales target.
- Provide product and customer service training to retail team members regularly.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service level to team.
- Ensure housekeeping is done every day and as needed.
- Ensure all cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately and stored carefully.
- Work closely with Store PIC on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions, if any.
- Ensure that retail team members adhere to SOPs as directed by Management and the Retail

Operations Department.
- Ensure store appearance is clean, presentable and that all merchandises are displayed as per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom and raise stock replenishment request to Merchandising team when there is insufficient stock.
- Monitor and key in Cap Plan, SCORE and attendance.
- Make sure CCTV is functional at all times and report any irregularities to Store Manager.
- Update monthly and annually sales target budget.
- Plan and prepare monthly duty roster for retail team members and ensure they work their scheduled shifts.
- Perform stock take activity for stores and be responsible for stock loss, if any.
- Assist team with any other projects, as and when needed.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Coach and guide Sales Associate team.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or equivalent retail experience.
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Possess strong leadership quality with excellent customer service and communication skill.
- Willing to work according to pre-planned shift hours.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
