Work collaboratively with department heads, business partners, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs to support business goals and objectives.
- Curate learning interventions based on the organization’s, departmental’s, and the individual’s needs.
- Review and update the Learning Menus for the various job roles in consultation with department heads to ensure alignment with business priorities, practices, and policies.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors and accreditation bodies to deliver training to meet requirements.
- Design synchronous and asynchronous virtual training over Zoom, MS Teams, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including developing and sourcing for relevant e-Learning courseware for employees self-directed and blended learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, monitor the training progression of staff, and make recommendations on training needs.
- Perform TNA and continuous improvement reviews of all learning and development programs.
- Prepare periodic training reports with key metrics to management for decision-making, monitoring, and benchmarking.
- Maintain and upload information to LDD Intranet SharePoint to promote the department’s programs and activities.
- Represent LDD in Corporate events, such as Family Day, Annual D&D, etc
- Assist in Admin duties as and when necessary. Any other duties assigned by H(LDD).

**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma holder, preferably with ACLP
- At least 2 years’ experience in learning and development function
- Familiar with OJT and workplace learning
- Creative and familiar with Canva, eLearning authoring software, and digital/social marketing platforms.
