Position Duties

As a Business Process Analyst intern at Sleek, you will be part of a highly collaborative and amazing team, with a focus on strategic & continuous improvement projects focusing on data quality & operational excellence, such as:

- Support in set up and process optimisation of global CRM tool to drive customer excellence
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Establish a knowledge base and continuously build training materials to ensure everyone is proficient in the tools
- Identify issues with current and new processes and conduct root cause analysis
- Supports in project management to roll out new product features
- Take ownership of business process re-engineering to continuously improve and optimise business processes
- Spot emerging trends and patterns, leveraging data to make informed process adjustments

**Requirements**:
**Performance Standards**
- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)
- Independent and logical thinker with learning agility
- Be highly collaborative across multiple cross-functional teams
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis
- Ability to work independently; can prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail
- Technical familiarity and process automation is a plus
