**Purpose of the job
Our Product Market Growth teams help maximize the localised and personalised potential of our Product. You will drive the efforts to re-imagine the travel and loyalty ecosystem through product led growth to help create the worlds most valued travel ecosystem across your Hub and Market. The Product Market Growth team exists to solve for challenges and opportunities for our customers and drive user & revenue growth through experiments, new products and product-led growth strategies that demonstrate the full value of Collinson’s travel ecosystem and potential to clients and prospects. We are responsible for the overall revenue growth from our consumers and prospects, by driving adoption of our key products (such as Priority Pass, Airport Dimensions, Value Dynamix) and driving new products that unlock the value of our travel ecosystem.
As a Director of Product Growth, you will act as the voice of the customer and trusted business advisor. You will lead the overall vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for specific digital products and services within your direction. You also will work within the product model and will partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop a comprehensive portfolio strategy, and related roadmap and build Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) for your product teams.
**Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- As a Director of Product Growth, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy and identifying the tools your team needs to enable existing growth and identify and deliver above the plan growth.
- Own the Business Outcome: make strategic changes to the business roadmap or process to maximize both team and company outcomes.
- Lead regional product portfolio strategic planning and management. Contribute to defining strategy at the company level and incorporate these strategies to counter and mitigate risks and threats.
- Be responsible for measuring and checking product stream outcomes to identify the success of your product area, and value for the business entirely.
- Own the product portfolio roadmap, describe, and set expectations for planning outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a narrative: defining the teams focus, why this focus is important and what outcomes it will deliver
Product Execution
- Develop a deep understanding of local markets and consumer and client needs to drive new growth opportunities for Collinson.
- Continually monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks and recommend strategic and tactical strategies.
- Identify new opportunities, promote and align roadmap direction. Ensure the specific needs and competencies of your team to assure maximum efficiency of product delivery.
- Implement the agreed prioritisation framework for your growth markets, ensuring we deliver against regional and global priorities across consumers and partners.
- Make trade-off decisions between projects or investment areas to maximize value delivered, based on the capacity and skillset of product teams.
- Create and embed a 'quality-first' culture ensuring your team consistently delivers high-quality products.
- Critically assess and enhance the efficacy of a specification process of product teams. Look for opportunities for teams to specify their product features more effectively. Lead and monitor the alignment between teams on features delivery.
- Establish the processes that would ensure transparency and alignment between your teams and regional priorities, and the goals and priorities of other product and regional growth teams.
- Oversee the architecture & engineering team in APAC and drive development & execution of products that deliver growth to APAC and Collinson globally.
Data Driven and Customer Centric
- Lead product teams in building their data fluency, helping them be more effective.
- Drive growth through iterative data driven hypothesis and experiments that unlocks and drives a test and learn approach.
- Champion and promote the voice of our consumers, clients and partners at the leadership and within the organisation to ensure our product strategy is customer centric and insight led.
- Promote user research as a key part of developing the roadmap. Utilize user research outcomes to discover new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Promote a design-centric culture in your team to build aesthetic and functional products based on best practices in design. Enable collaboration of your teams with the design team to deliver a high-quality and attractive product. Ensure that designers and product teams are up to date with latest trends around design best practices.

- Build, develop and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders across the company, in order to better inform and guide your product portfolio capabilities to meet market needs.
