**Key Responsibilities**
- Embody organizational culture, uphold company values, and practice the principles of effective people management.
- Supervise and coach the team on operating various data centre systems and equipment safely and professionally, while advising junior staff on inspection and supervision.
- Set clear team goals and outcomes, facilitate success beyond boundaries, and promote adaptability, learning, talent’s retention and development.
- Assist employees in identifying growth opportunities, developing skills, and creating personal development plans.
- Establish and communicate performance expectations, address any gaps, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
- Facilitate consensus on dependencies, vendor contracts, success metrics, and operational criteria while reviewing SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs to boost efficiency in Inventory and Asset Management.
- Ensure compliance with company service-level agreements by maintaining accountability with building landlords and coordinating cross-functional support for global initiatives like safety assessments.
- Manage budget planning and demand forecasting for the data centre, making fiscal decisions to ensure sound financial practices and overseeing daily operations for efficient inbound and outbound processes.
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships for DBD destruction, ensuring customer data security, and adhere to Environmental Health & Safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety.
- Ensure comprehensive service compliance, maintain high quality, and achieve client satisfaction in line with agreed service levels.
- Cultivate client relationships by setting clear expectations and delivering solutions that surpass them, with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Lead weekly FM Operations meetings to address recurring issues, share best practices, and review root cause analyses and postmortem reports.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively for pilot programs and task force participation, advising on additional funding when needed.
- Facilitate the implementation of services, training, and quality audits, ensuring support teams and vendors are well-educated.
- Maintain a broad perspective by embracing diverse viewpoints to drive strategies that align with business goals while fostering a safe, quality-focused environment.
- Delegate responsibilities to promote growth, recognize team achievements, and drive a culture focused on strategic goals and collaboration.

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in managerial or leadership positions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with designing, building, and managing data centres.
- Familiar with data centre infrastructure components, including servers, racks, cooling systems, power, and storage solutions.
- Excellent understanding of data centre industry standards like ISO 27001, ISO 50001, SS564, etc.
- Ability to guide and manage teams effectively, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
