**Responsibilities**:
1. Processing/coordinating orders from quoting to dispatch (50%)
- Support internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling training, Internal & External jobs.
- Customer problem solving and coordinating technical support.
- Uploading invoices with additional supporting documents.
- Liaising with customer site to collect relevant documents for internal & external audit.
- Assist service sales team / technicians to generate revenue.
- Processing sales concession jobs and Warranty.
- Basic troubleshooting with customer over the phone on MSA core products.
- Coordinate and own all Commercial & Contract service jobs.

2. Warranty / CQN / Inventory (20%)
- Organize all spare parts required for Warranty.
- Processing warranty jobs.
- Raising CQN and providing details to OPEX team.
- Managing Service Inventory accuracy and coordinating annual count.

3. Provide general support and assistance (30%)
- Provide general support and assistance to all external customers, along with MSA Sales Executives and departments that are affected by Product Servicing requirements.
- Assist in contract servicing pricing.
- Assist in providing monthly service update & reports when required.
- Adhoc tasks as requested by Management.

Qualifications:
Past experience in sales coordinator role.

Able to work in fast pace environment.

Able to work well in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Able to work with mínimal supervision.

Past experience in SAP ECC preferred.

Proficient in English and Chinese both written and speak.
