**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily level 1 support for our retail stores and ECOM in Singapore and provide adhoc support to Malaysia and Thailand when is required.
- Solve, track and report issues by communicating with Key-users, Singapore RB team and escalation to Regional EAS team based in HK when is necessary.
- Provide workaround solution to minimize impact to business
- Involve in SAP deployment for South Asia entities when is necessary, with deployment strategy given by Regional EAS team.
- Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, planning and deliverables locally with clear guidelines given by South Asia/Regional team.
- Prepare and perform gap analysis
- Assist in change management
- Support in coordinating with Key-users through different phases in the implementation cycle
- Review, prepare and update necessary documentation (procedure/manual)
- Support and coordinate Key-users’ tests during urgent or regular SAP releases
- Liaise with South Asia/Regional EAS team on SAP template improvement/functional roll-out
- Support on various regional projects
- Perform daily support based on ticketing system assigned to each individual and complete within the overall IT SLA.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of implementation and support experience in Retail
- Proven experience of supporting POS (Point of Sales) software for retail stores and integration with other modules for stock management
- Proven experience of supporting inventory software for stock-take in retail stores
- ERP support experience
- Knowledge of SAP is a MUST
- Good understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel, VBA, Office, etc.
- Experience in identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans
- Mature, self-initiated and willing to face challenge
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Domestic travel on a periodical basis
